I am rarely at the house and my rates keep going up. You get charged a flat rate from 2000g or less yet my bill still increases. We need another water company in this area ASAP.
Liars and cheats. I pay the bill in person at city hall on the due date or before almost every month and get charged an illegal late fee regularly. Then have to call their rude and inept customer service to argue with them to get it removed. On top of it the water is nasty.

I call them to complain about my mother’s leaking water meter. It has been almost a month and no one has come out to check it or repair it. Pay $100 for water that you are not supposed to drink long term. You get mail every year saying it could cause cancer if you drink the water for 20 years. I have been getting that letter for 16 years now. Good thing I am not drinking the water.

My mother had a leak at her meter. At first, the technician stated he didn’t detect a leak and forced me to call a plumber. The plumber found and fixed a leak on our side of the meter. I emailed and phoned a few times, and Greater Ouachita Water refunded my mother for her expenses. Thanks, Callie and Brandy, for great customer service.

They have dumped dirt in a hole over a repair in front of my house twice. But won’t put water barrier’s around it to keep the dirt from flowing down the ditch. Lady on the phone said they can’t keep adding dirt. They wouldn’t have to if they had fixed it right the first time.
