I was having trouble with my modem, and they said they’d walk me through reprovisioning it. Since I was only able to get internet via game console, they offered to do it for me.
This is our local phone & internet provider. The now have both phone & internet over fiber. Speeds are fast and service y reliable.
They were closed before 5, 4:30pm. If you actually work at a job this is not for you. How would an actual working person even request service. Very poor accommodation for anyone on first shift.

My wifi and cable go out on a weekly basis. I still have to pay full amount. It cracks me up when they say I’m experiencing a power outage when my power works. Great wave doesn’t work. I wouldn’t have given one star but was forced to as I am to pay my bill for something that doesn’t work for no reason. Growing tired of this.
Internet is always going out. Whenever I call to get information, I’m put on hold saying that all the associates are busy, then a message saying call can’t be completed.
You judge by the photos of Great Wave Communication, Do they own Dish Network or just trying to get better TV reception?
Seems to me there’s a problem at 224 State St Conneaut,Ohio.
Maybe they don’t believe the hype they are selling.
