Quick and easy way to get a covid test!
The staff are very helpful and friendly. They are great at what they do. But I wish they would fix their awful phone line. I cannot ever get through to their phones and can’t get to an answering machine or even on hold. It’s frustrating when I need to call for my results, but can’t. Great staff, awful phone line.
I was told I’ll get report within 24 to 48 hrs and it’s been over 60 hrs and no report. I had to cancel my flight and rescheduled and if I don’t receive within next 6 hrs then I’ll have to cancel 2nd flight as well. If you expect delays then let us know in advance. Will update if I receive report within next 6hrs.
