  14. GMP has a right of way through our property. They are replacing poles, which involves a lot of site work and heavy equipment coming through. They have bent over backwards to make sure that they respect our wishes and are leaving the property better than they found it.

  29. They refuse to trim branches which are over their power lines during the summer months and in winter storms the power is cut off, endangering the lives of the elderly and disabled. Then they take days to restore things to normal. They have turned Vermont into a third-world country.

  30. Just got off the phone with a GMP payment center. Lady is giving me attitude because she cannot do her job properly. It took GMP 5 calls to get our phone number and address correct. Get your act together GMP you deserve bad rating, to bad there is no substitute for your services.
