Excellent and very affordable service. Very little down time. Less than 30 mins for the year. Deposit was promptly posted as a credit after one year. Couldnt ask for any better service and are appreciative to all who work there.
Only giving one star because I HAVE to. Worst experience I’ve ever had with any power company in my whole life. Also love how I was out of town all weekend even flipped all the breakers in my house but “magically” that weekend used $50. I’m about to move out of town just so I don’t have to deal with these crooks anymore

Easily the most uncooperative utility company. Here’s a tip: when making a complaint don’t tell them the name on your account. Greeneville Power and Light will punish you for standing up to them. Very unprofessional.

Power went out this morning and in less than 2 hours the crew had everything sorted out and back on. Don’t know what the cause was but a couple of trucks and 4 guys and all was back to normal. Greatest light and power company I’ve ever run across. Great job guys.
Glp turned my power off On my prepaid account on a Saturday and refuses to turn it back on unless a service technician is sent out and I pay a $70 weekend fee there’s no need for someone to come out it was shut off remotely at 9am and now can’t be turned back on at now 10:16
