We called the flyer that code compliance guy gave us and he said he would call green tree himself to just have the trash out on Saturday and no-one came to pick it up
I’m so thankful they are open right now through all this! I had a situation and needed a pick up and they helped out no problem. I’m so glad we have them as our trash pick up.
I live on central and they keep forgetting to pick up my trash no reason why it’s not picked up no note no contact no nothing wish the was another company who would take over their contract

They decided to shut down due to poor weather when the roads were only wet, yet had employees on site at the recycling center. Why is it at that point they could not bother to take items for recycling? Their only response was that there’s sign said closed, a poorly visible LED sign apparently somewhere on the highway
Horrible! Never on time. Don’t even pick up half the trash. Always an excuse! Months of problems with this company. Absolutely horrible!!!!! If you have a choice do not use these folks. Ive had to go dump my own trash almost every week for months now and still get charged. They need some serious management changes.

Horrible service, very expensive and they spend more time inspecting your load than you do dumping. Really a pain the butt going here.

How do you rate a solid waste company? Like if I have a lot of trash there is that a good thing or a bad thing? I use them for computer recycling
