I have had 10 surgeries in my life and this, by far, was my best patient experience. From the nurses that admitted me to the nurses in surgery, Dr. Patton, Dr. Brown (Anesthesia), to the nurses on the wing, my PT, etc. everyone showed …
I was very impressed from my experience with TriStar Greenview. Everyone was exceptional and everyone was working hard, and under tough conditions of wearing masks, gloves, and protection garments. Nurses: Karole Worthington and Christy Newton went above and beyond of taking care of every patient within their care, including me.
I have now had 4 different surgeries at Greenview Hospital. The kindness and courtesy you are treated with is exceptional. The staff is knowledgeable and professional. You are treated like a person not a number. They facility is always clean and comfortable.
Had back surgery and stayed two nights following surgery. Everyone was absolutely awesome. Simply cannot imagine how my care could have been better. Everyone was both professional and personable. My thanks to them and my respect for all they do in this very difficult time.
The radiology department was great.
They were very kind and helpful.
I have a bill from Greenview hospital. I called the billing department and set up an arrangement to pay a certain amount every month. For the past four months I’ve made my monthly payment. Currently I’m halfway done paying the bill. Today I …

The registration process went smoothly and Bruce in radiology was fantastic. Very kind and caring.

I was taken care of very well at TriStar Greenview,Dr Kirk Fee done great an all the staff at TriStar Greenview,I have nothing but good things to say an no doubt I give God praise.
It was the worst experience I have ever had in a hospital. My son was brought by ambulance with severe vomiting. Dr Charles Smith rude! Nurse slammed door because my son was vomiting too loud! All the employees were rude!
Infusion treatment went fine. Nursing staff and admission staff were excellent. Responded to my obvious needs without my having to ask and frequently asked if I needed anything. Waited with me until transportation arrived. Absolutely stellar visit.
I went to Greenview for outpatient surgery. The care that I received was phenomenal! Nurses that administered labs and IV had over 30 years experience and it definitely showed! Very gentle. Everyone that I came in contact with was very …

The admitting nurse (although I can’t remember her name) was EXCELLENT. Words can’t describe her professionalism. It just goes to show that people may forget your name but they will never forget how you treated them. She was GREAT. As …
I had a ct scan. Checking in and pre-registering was a smooth process. The nurse/lab technician was professional and thorough. His name was Bruce. During the long process of the scan, he was comforting and professional. He represents Greenview in the best possible way.
I have several posts to make, this one is ONLY pertaining to the Emergency Department. If it were possible to rate with negative stars, I would.
The Outpatient facility was very well organized. Check-in was easy, and the staff very friendly, efficient and helpful. The wait time was minimal, and the procedure explained clearly. All my questions were fully answered. I was very satisfied with my experience there.

Dr. Fun Sale (thats how he wrote the pronunciation not his actual spelling) was great. He really listened and did what he could to help me out and get my referred to someone. Nurse Gretchen was beyond words AMAZING! One of the best ER visits I’ve ever had. I hope anytime I have to go back they are both there.
Was seen quickly to register. They explained they were short staffed so there was a waiting period after I was able to go to the lab. The staff was very friendly and helpful and made the visit a pleasant experience.
Greenview Regional Hospital is THE place to go when needed. Over the years I have needed hospital treatments and Greenview is my choice. Sounds weird praising a hospital when hospitals are the last places people want to go. Unfortunately I …

I had surgery at Greenview last Tuesday. The staff and nurses were all very professional and caring. Questions were answered and procedures explained in detail ahead of time. I highly recommend this place if you’re needing a hospital.
The staff was great. Very professional and my procedure went well.
Outta all times to be there ER nurses was rude and I over heard them talking about my situation and why I was there very disappointed in greenview
In general, I prefer Greenview’s ER as opposed to Med Center. On October 20, I went to the ER after an accident that caused a laceration that required 26 stitches. Everyone was professional and friendly. On March 8, I went because I had …
Dr. Johnathan F Thomas MD shouldn’t be practicing medicine. May God have mercy on his soul.

I received wonderful care from the time I walked in , until the time I left.
Only two concerns – doctor who performed the procedure was 50 minutes late and the nurse who did my IV had to put it in my arm. Afterwards my hand swelled and is still sore. I’m sure that happens sometimes. Other than that, everyone was really nice and professional.
My emergency room visit was effective and efficient. My care was provided by persons in a caring manner. Follow up was initiated with my primary care physician.

Worst experience ever in the ER, waited 3 hours in the waiting room for a rude doctor who barely examined my sick one year old son before getting rude with me while I’m explaining his symptoms. Worst bedside manner I’ve ever seen & the staff agreed and stated this was nothing new with him
I absolutely love the surgery center. So simple and quick. Home before you’d probably even think about being put in preop at the hospital. Everyone is pleasant and very clean facility. Been a frequent flyer as of late so happy when I’m able to get the procedure here.
I’ve been here 5 days and still have not talked to a doctor about my health problem it’s like all they want is the insurance money
The dr I saw was not friendly at all and acted like he was better then everyone I waited 6 hrs to be seen and he was rude and uncaring
Was seen almost immediately with smiling nurses. Test were quick and had a relatively short time on results. This was the shortest time ever spent in E.R.
The nurses were very polite and Kristen was very nice.
Check-in was quick and efficient. I was seen quickly by a nurse and doctor. After initial evaluation treatment was started and the entire process was smooth. I received excellent care and a discharge plan that was most relative to my condition. I want to thank the entire staff of the ER for their great care and compassion.
I’m not happy at all with at all I highly recommend this Hospital I wouldn’t recommend this hospital right now to nobody if they was to ask me that’s why I think about this hospital right now

I was left in the examine room with very little attention. When the nurse came back, mentioned they all got busy with other patients. The doctor had the worse bedside matter. I would not let him treat my dog, probably who he needs to treat …
The nursing staff was wonderful. At the Endoscopy Unit, it was a large bare room. After checking in the unit, there was no one behind desk. No update on patient, no contact. No TV on, just a barren room. A bit more human contact would have been nice. Maybe an update would help with ease of waiting for loved one.
Nursing staff was great. Especially the lead nurse in the endoscopy room. Facility was clean and nice. Waited a long time before procedure with little interaction with anyone. Would like to have had an update on things and/or update my …

I always have a great experience at Greenview! The staff are amazing and make me feel very comfortable and valued.
The nurses and doctors were great they explained every aspect of my care and condition, the only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because there was NO hot water on the floor. It made for a very long week having to bath from wash tubs.
It was good. Seems like you were stretched. But the nurses were great. They need to get paid more. Please.
Overall was a good experience. The people were very kind and helpful and the doctor seemed knowledgeable.
Been sitting here for going on 5 hours just to get stitches in my daughters finger. They haven’t checked on her or asked her anything since we have been here. Let’s say I rather go to a different hospital.

I really wanted to be able to acknowledge them somehow. I really hope Greenview takes the time to find out who they were and does just that.

No regard for pain management. Dr Mug “something” brought me a GI cocktail for lower back pain. It was ridiculous. I left in tears and in pain.
9.5 hours in waiting room for 11 stitches. 12 hours total time. The waiting room was cold. The only saving grace was the professionalism of Larry, the check in nurse, having to navigate an unreasonable situation. The nurse practitioner …
Nurses were fantastic and did their best to get me in and out, in spite Nagy’s constant tardiness.

Excellent short hospital stay. From the registration desk to the recovery room to the nurses on the floor, everyone took great care of me.
Shevlankia working ER check-in hates her job and has no qualms with letting you know. If you get off on making others feel like gum on the bottom of your shoe, maybe you should find another profession. Hateful woman.
Went in with chest pains. Had 80% blockage in my LAD (widowmaker). The staff on the floor was very attentive. I appreciate all their work and effort. They were always positive and cheerful. My only complaint is communication. I was …

This is my second time of being in TriStar Greenview Hospital. I will say I could not have asked for better service or more caring people. Both experiences were great. I would highly recommend Greenview Hospital.

Friendly, competent and efficient patient care throughout the entire colonoscopy process. Staff assisted me with my mobility issues.
Honestly this was the best treatment I have ever received at an ER ever. Everyone was kind and they did all the necessary tests to be able to give a diagnosis.
I love the staff here. They are very nice. Recently though, the er wait time has been outrageous. I once waited 7 hrs just in the waiting room. But again they do there jobs there.
Care was excellent however changing for my breast care and mammograms because you don’t offer 3D imaging. I hope you all consider this for women’s health soon.

The care my mother in law has received has been great. I have only good things to say about the doctors, nurses and staff. That being said, the people staying with their loved ones should be able to get food and drinks from the vending machines. You really should check into it.
Drs. was great but some of the nurses was very unprofessional, rude, acted like you were disturbing them from chit chatting and it took forever to get anyone to the room to assist you in any way. Almost 2 hours to wait to get your meds that …
My husband had been feeling progressively worse for a month to the point his balance was off and his head was aching all day with no relief that was spreading down his body. We sat for 5 hours just so they could give him one CT and miss his …
Although the ER was very busy when I arrived by ambulance and I was treated in the hallway the entire time, their staff was excellent in taking care of me
I was in intense pain, the staff took care of the pain the best they could with all my injuries. I didn’t feel good after I got cold in the room, but I received a blanket and that helped. The staff was kind and caring, I am sure I got on …
Everyone was very professional and helpful. Relating my progress in the visit was very timely except, as always, at the end in awaiting the results of my xrays and the scan. I know it takes time to process it and have the reports read. …
The staff were very kind and efficient. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction. I am here on vacation from Toronto and was most grateful for the care I received. The wait for treatment was very short. At home, I would have been in the waiting room for anything up to 7 hours before being seen! Thank you again for your care.
The professional experience was top notch, could not have received better service and quality care at any other hospital.
Asked to have a CT scan and MRI done and they refused to do the test. Just done chest x-ray and urine test and blood work. Was sent home threw up clear phlegm out of mouth and nose as soon as left the parking lot.
The nurses in the ER are amazing! They were swift and on point! The nurse who did my IV got it in the first try! This rarely happens for me at other hospitals. Dr. Fraser, however is lacking bedside manners. Given the reason for my visit, I …
Excellent attention to all my needs while there was perfect. Nurses was very attentive to making me as comfortable as possible after my surgery. Physical therapy nurse was excellent in helping me get back on my feet. …
They took wonderful care of me during my colonoscopy. I highly recommend them. They treated me like the baby that I am 🙂
I choose greenview… Because the staff is excellent I had my first stroke last week at 42 years old I don’t think I would have known how to handle it without the staff the nurses and everybody telling me what to do and how to keep myself …
The doctor was amazing the only complaint I have is the first nurse that came in to do my IV was told that it’s not possible to put it in my hand because my vain will blow every time and she insisted on doing it anyway and my vain blew and …
It was my first surgery of this kind I was nervous as heck but the doctor and staff were great 💯 great job very pleased with them …
This visit i had on the 15 of January by doctor Thomas was wondering if treated me well i felt bad .I’ve been there a few times a couples times i was there i was seen by a doctor was rude and made fun of me i think he’s name was macoughby …
I was very nervous about a recent procedure, but was put at ease, reassured and given the highest standard of care by my medical team.
Excellent care and willing to answer any questions I had prior to surgery. All staff was friendly and helped relieve any anxiety I had prior to surgery.
The nurse Chris made my experience after surgery so much better. I was an anxious mess all day and he was so kind. I appreciate that.
get to see the a lot quicker then last ti,e I was in a ER Room,. They really checked me out for lot more then I went there for. Was released with a clean bill, with the prep that I need.
Good Service.
The only reason I only gave you 4 stars was due to the ER Dr had 5 order’s from my Dr Patton to remove my pick line and he refused. I hope I don’t end up with an infection due to your ERDr refused to remove my pick line. Everything else was good and I Thank You.
Emergency room staff got me quickly into a room and started treatment. I was admitted and nurses and Dr Humble were very caring and efficient.
Facility is beautiful; 4th Floor Endo waiting area is in need of a receptionist, when patients arrive you’re kind of in limbo because no one is there to greet or give direction. My care group was informative and precise, Alicia, Alisha, Bryant, Caitlin, Trevor & of course Dr. Chandran!
Your nurses and staff are absolutely amazing, your doctors are either overworked or do not care about their patients as much as the nurses do. I unfortunately have ongoing problems that will land me in the emergency room or hospital often.
Everyone was very nice and helpful. From the time I walked in to have surgery till the next day when I left I felt very relaxed and comfortable. I would recommend Greenview to anyone
Won’t be recommending Dr. Duleh or Dallas RN from the Emergency Room. Neither showed an ounce of compassion or care with the treatment of my six year old son. Greenview Hospital has typically provided a positive experience until this last emergency.
Sign in is easy but I’m upset there’s not a radiologist on staff there. That’s unacceptable. My son had to wait over a week to get an emergency mri. Unbelievable
Staff was slow to respond to my needs. Hospitalist was very good. I was never told about selecting meals until I was discharging. The person drawing my blood in yard overnight of Thursday was very rude.
I had a great experience for my first surgery in years! My nurses were terrific and made sure I was comfortable and that I had everything I needed.
Horrible. Was there 5 hrs total In lobby over three hours . Never got a room. Finally got in bed in hall. Given pain shot which lasted maybe 2’hrs. I have been in horrific pain. Pulled a muscle apparently.
Bad bad experience
Your message board said average wait time 5 minutes which was definitely not the case. Now once I was waited on your staff was very helpful and great. So more likely an administrative problem with not scheduling enough help.
I was very impressed with Greenview Hospital. Their commitment to the care of their patients was obvious. I noticed no area where they were lacking or in need of attention during my stay.
I came in foe surgery, my 3rd one from Dr.Phillip Singerand had 2 heart attacks while I was in pre op,there is no hospitals on God s green earth better than this one,the staff was awesomeness, everyone was great. I love these people they are truly my heroes
I have never been so upset in my life!!! My throat, ears, chest, back, legs, well everything is hurting and I’m losing my voice. NEVER GO TO GREENVIEW ER. I SPENT 2.5 HRS AND NO-ONE listen to my heart. They took a urine sample and told me …
Every nurse, assistant, surgical tech, anesthesiologist was SOOOO NICE! Everyone made me feel so comfortable and calmed my nerves before my surgery.
Treating people in the lobby. Be prepared to share all your buisness with the entire waiting room and never speak to a physician for more than a couple seconds as they briefly ask you why you’re in their hair and slither off once more. I’ve seen veterinary offices treat their clients with more respect. Absolutely dispicable.
Greenview is by far the best hospital in Bowling Green. The only downside is they don’t really get in much of a hurry ever. But great care and extreme kindness. Would never go anywhere else.
I feel bad for giving this facility a 3 star because the incident was not due to the 4th floor nursing staff. They were excellent. I truly appreciate the nurse’s being proactive and concerned and gave us comfort. However, the physicians …
Amazing doctors and nurses. They helped me find problems in my neck that dozens of doctors overlooked. I would have never discovered the extent of my problems if it wasn’t for these guys. Hopefully, after I meet with the surgeon, I can find a new normal.
The nurses were very nice to my family and I. They made sure I was okay and ready to go home and I didn’t feel rushed at all. The only negative thing I have to say is they used something I was allergic too and I broke out into a rash. Other wise it went good.
I went in for dizziness, lightheadness and I had passed out. The first night the wait was very long and I couldnt stay because I didnt want my ride driving an hour late at night, I asked if I would be charged for leaving and they told me …
The staff was amazing. Even tho I had a gun shot wound they still did their best to keep up with me and kept my spirits up. They prolly thought I was nuts laughing about the bullet in my head but even the EMS team was amazing. Thank y’all for helping me get though a tuff time.
I had a seizure and doctor Steven Mugleston told me “because my sodium levels were normal” it wasn’t a seizure. A doctor at a different facility informed me this wasn’t even true and seizures can happen for other reasons(I also got testing …
After being seen by my doctor in the office, I was sent to the ER. We waited over three hours and with four people still ahead of us, that had been there much longer than us, we left. I had back surgery a few months ago and could not sit …
Horrible service. Nurse practioner never even put hands on me to evaluate my leg. They wheeled me around from er to xray in an office chair on wheels becuz they had no wheel chairs. The brace I was given Doesn’t fit correctly the ace wrap …
I recently called the ER about the covid vaccine and was rudely informed that this was an ER, no information on who else to speak to.. No nothing.. and the lady hung up on me.. That’s some really good service there Greenview.. I would steer clear of this place.. Good thing it wasn’t an emergency.
Don’t get stuck going to the ER during the holidays. You will get the worse doctors and nurses who don’t care or want to be there. Once, they stick a needle in your arm they will trap you a room for 30 minutes to 1 hour until a doctor sees …
I’m halfway through my two week postoperative confinement following a total ankle replacement. My stay at Greenview could hardly have been easier; I felt well cared for, the surgery went well, and so far, recovery has been uneventful.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pre op team and the nurses in recovery were all kind and attentive. When I went to the hospital room to finish my recovery the nurses on that floor were very kind and attentive as well. I would reccommend this hospital to anywould.
I love Greenview & its staff. They are caring & go above & beyond to make you comfortable. It’s a small hospital, which puts me at ease because I know where everything is located. Small enough to get intimate, genuine care. But big enough to receive great care & great Dr’s. I choose Greenview every single time.
My visit was a great experience. The 2 young men at check in were great and very friendly and did a a great job. The 2 ladies that did my mammogram and bone density test were so nice. I asked if there was a personality requirement for …
ER doctor and staff were great. Most inpatient hospital staff were good. Nurses were good except Dawn on 4th floor she was absolutely horrible careless and inconsiderate. Unfortunately I had her a few days and suffered greatly just because of her. Makes you scared knowing one nurse can be so careless and cause so many issues.
Knee replacement surgery one week ago and everything is great. Dr.Fee did my surgery, and he and his staff were exemplary. Spent the night at Greenview and I can’t say enough good about everyone that was a part of my care.
BEST place to go. After going to a different hospital last week, and them dismissing everything I said and saying I just needed to deal with it, I came here and found out I was having severe anxiety and panic attacks which were triggering …

We were not pleased with our visit. I took my wife for severe back pain. She was never asked what her pain level was nor was she offered anything for pain. Not even Tylenol. After a long wait, she was told by the attending Dr. that he …
Didn’t feel like I mattered. As a matter of fact felt like I was pushed out as fast as humanly possible although even that took 2 hours. Was given a chest X-ray wa never shown the results, didn’t explain any of my diagnosis. X-ray tech was …
The staff was like family. I recently had to have surgery on my right shoulder. The nurses and CNAs were on top of things. They always made sure I was comfortable and took care of all my needs. They made the experience comforting. The …

All The staff were professional as well as caring and kind. They took the time to ensure I was okay and allayed my anxiety. The area was clean and comfortable. Mathew was very considerate, listened to my concerns and provided comfort. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing care.
About on par with Med Center. Still sitting here waiting, 4hrs later. Haven’t saw a doctor yet but at least a good handful of people that came in AFTER us have saw the doctor and are on their way home. A gentleman was actually taken by …
Overall the service was good but because of staffing issues after my arrival in the ER I requested a blanket 4 times over a 2 hour period before I finally got one and then it was brought to me by the ER doctor. He was apologetic about …
The nurse call button was answered immediately and my nurse’s response time was excellent. OT and PT were both great with their instructions in aiding my recovery at home. My case management Stephanie worked diligently in setting up my …
I normally love this facility. I was commenting at how fast the service was and how efficient it seemed. Then I received 2 bills. One for x-rays covered by my insurance at a reasonable fee for an amount that was similar to past fees, but …
My experience there was great. The anesthesiologist was fantastic, I had asked him for a little extra so I could get more sleep and when I got home I slept for 12 hours it was wonderful. The surgery went really well, I haven’t had any …
