I can say from experience that the building itself is nice (they hosted a meeting of a computer club i was in once). and our water is fresh, so they must be doing there job. taking away one star due to bad website layout- the CSS is an absolute nightmare to navigate! it hurts my eyes just looking at it!

  53. For a utility company this is surprisingly personal experience. I’ve had minor issues that were quickly resolved (usually by Bill, great guy, always gets things fixed with a professional and courteous approach). Service team is reasonably prompt and respectful of property.
