Charges you to use gas you don’t use, charges you to shut it off even if you shut it off your self. Charges you to turn it back on. $ is all they want.

These are some of the rudest and disrespectful people I have ever dealt with. The cashiers are rude and the service men are rude as well. If I could I would give them no stars.

Thanks to the young lady that helped me with my CPW bill the other day on the phone. She was very kind and polite and resolved the issue.
They now charge a fee to pay with a check, debit card, or credit card. They want you to come to their office and bring covid to avoid high fees.

CPW is a good company, however I am very disappointed that they have started charging a fee for telephone payments for debit cards or checks.

They accept Cards for payment
If you have a house where you need to have CPW as power, choose another house. Go with anyone except CPW. Absolutely horrible in all manners.
