Horrible,treated unfairly,there nothing more than thief’s. And can never speak to who’s in charge . They best start actually charging what the amount customers actually use versus whatever number they feel like charging you that month.
I called them today about a possible sewer leak in my front yard. They came out today and began working almost immediately. They are still working at 6 o’clock at night in 20 degree weather! I really appreciate it! Thank you to the Greenwood Sanitation Department!
I’m giving a 5 star review because I felt bad for all the 1 star reviews left by computer illiterate individuals, that blame their deficiencies on someone else. It’s not the system’s fault. I have never had a problem paying my bill.
I have been trying to pay my bill online but forgot my password, so they sent me a new one in my email. I literally copied and pasted the password when I went to log in and IT FREAKING LOCKED ME OUT. I USED THE EXACT PASSWORD THEY GAVE ME AND NOW I CANNOT PAY MY BILL.

they are a joke, I setup services and it took 3 weeks to even get my cans. They are charging me for a month in which I did not even have service. they have a (we do not prorate) rule in place so they can steal your money. I would give 0 stars if i could.
