We no longer use their service due to billing discrepancies and the inability to get in touch with an employee to resolve our issues. Since switching trash carriers we continued to get billed for months. We have tried to make contact on several occasions and it is nearly impossible to reach anybody!

Have not had any issues with trash or yard waste pickup. Service is paid through SID so it’s one less direct bill to pay.
