Called to figure out my balance and to make a payment after being out of town for a few days, and was alerted that my gas was just shut off and that even if I make the payment my gas will still be shut off all weekend, because they can’t get someone out there to turn it on till next week… What A JOKE!?!
Stated they came to my house but never did. Without gas. Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. They lied to me multiple times stating they called but refused to provide any form of evidence. Reporting them to the BBB. Forcing me to use their services but not providing quality work is awful.
Agreed I am turning off my gas service with Grey Forest. I used the fire place less than 5 hours and owe 130.00 True they are ridiculously overpriced.
I do not recommend Grey Forest Gas to anyone.
