Thier rude staff most of time in the mortage dept u get behind god forbidden ,they are not very willing to help us out .I mean not even one month half of one ,Thier staff send u nasty letter nd nasty calls .when u been with them 15years very rude
States their open until 6pm and thats wrong. I really needed help – you need to fix your time then because at this point Greylock is possibly the most inconvenient banking institution i have dealt with.
Well they call it a credit union but it’s really my bank place has been awesome I’ve been a member for years and years and years back when GE owned it so I just say this if you need a bank and want nice people and need a loan this is the place to go

Poor service. I went to get a document notarized and met a representative named Marie at the front desk. In the course of talking to her she told me to drop my attitude. I had no issue before but now I’m Insulted. I didn’t come to the bank to be treated like a second class citizen.
Absolutely the worst bank to work with. I only get a run around when I deal them. They hardly know left from right. The best part was when I was laughed at in person by a representative that didn’t have all the knowledge and details of what was going on. Another sad part is I’m from Wisconsin and I know more about MA law than this bank.

Very Good service, fast & Friendly, lots of free parking, drive up window can get busy, overall it’s better than average.
Everyone was very nice and helpful. Have only had to contact customer service twice in 2 years over simple issues.
