  4. Well they call it a credit union but it’s really my bank place has been awesome I’ve been a member for years and years and years back when GE owned it so I just say this if you need a bank and want nice people and need a loan this is the place to go

  5. Do not get a loan from here. Actually don’t even bank here either. Extremely rude staff. They’ve lost payments and deposits on me and other people multiple times. Even had them mistakenly take money from someone else and deposit it into my account. This bank is insane.

  9. Poor service. I went to get a document notarized and met a representative named Marie at the front desk. In the course of talking to her she told me to drop my attitude. I had no issue before but now I’m Insulted. I didn’t come to the bank to be treated like a second class citizen.

  10. Absolutely the worst bank to work with. I only get a run around when I deal them. They hardly know left from right. The best part was when I was laughed at in person by a representative that didn’t have all the knowledge and details of what was going on. Another sad part is I’m from Wisconsin and I know more about MA law than this bank.
