I’ve been seeing Dr Goodman for an inflamatory arthritis problem. I’ve been very impressed with the level of care. After a couple of visits my problem is gone.
I was referred by my PCP to see a specialist at this office. As soon as they answered the phone, they just seemed rude and like they did not want to be talking to me. I couldn’t even get a full sentence out so I just let the girl finish talking and ended the call. I will not be going to this office.
This business is a disgrace. The staff is rude and incompetent. I’m changing my doctor because of them. Dr. Goodman deserves better help. He’s a good doctor, but unfortunately I have to deal with staff more than him.
I have my primary care here but no longer have insurance. I called to see if I could come in to get checked out and I was told they cant see me if I dont have insurance. I’m genuinely curious who I am supposed to call to get checked out if my primary care refuses to see me. What a joke!
I’ve been seeing Dr Goodman for about 10 years. So far it’s only been routine physicals and a back injury. For the routine stuff he’s very good. For pain issues or anything outside of the norm (rheumatology excepted), GPs are not going to …
As an undiagnosed/misdiagnosed patient It has been my experience that it is very rare to come across a physcian such as Dr.Goodman, in my 15 yr journey I had not met a more compassionate, thorough & genuinely interested physician. He took …
Both my husband and I see Dr. Heinser. He is the best doctor I have ever had – bar none. He is compassionate, and actually listens to his patients. Years ago I had Dr.Christiansen, and thought she was very detached and quick with the prescription pad.
Dr. Goodman is excellent–as a diagnostician and also in manner; I am heard and helped. I prize his sense of humor, too, but above all else, after years of missed or under-diagnoses, I am thrilled to have found a rheumatologist who is able to listen (and order the appropriate tests) and treat (and explain all options).
I have had Dr. Goodman and Beverly Harris N.P. as my primary care providers for about 5 years, but will be establishing care somewhere else moving forward. I don’t typically go to the doctors, ever, but if something unexpected happens I …
very disappointed, office completely inefficient. I called on a Monday asking for the Dr. Goodman. to either give a call me or call for a prescription as I was an excruciating pain. No return call, therefor, I called again on a Wednesday …
My son really liked Dr. Heisner, however the office staff and their procedures were an issue. The office does not electronically transfer prescriptions for schedule C medications directly to the pharmacy unlike other doctor’s offices. They …
I am sad to say that my mother who needed essential medication was told she could not be seen. My mother has been a loyal patient since 2004 and we have no intentions of attending this clinic ever again. The doctors are fantastic and provide great service. But Jenn over the phone has no intention of helping you be seen.
Treated a family member briskly, borderline rude, without enough attention while trying to put them on lifelong medication for a borderline issue after one extremely brief visit. Did not adequately address the issue that the appointment was …
I had my appointment scheduled at 4:20. I then waited until 4:45 in the waiting room to be seen after patients that were scheduled after me had already been seen. No one acknowledged or apologized for me waiting. I talked with Dr. …
I had been going to this practice for over 10 years and last week they informed me that they no chose to no longer accept United Healthcare for insurance. I was very disappointed to hear this as the office is only 1 mile from my home. I …
I’m not one to write reviews but good luck to you if the on call Dr for the night is Dorothy Christiansen and you have an urgent medical concern. The first red flag was she didn’t ask for a name or date of birth. She disregarded our …
Very happy with my care.
Front desk rude. All set going to this place. Yikes.
Great practice, caring team that listens to issues and knows what to do!
I caught Covid and they wanted nothing to do with me!
This practice needs to shut down
Doctors, ambiance, magazines. My steak was cooked perfectly.
One star is for the front desk. Excluding Denise as she is always supper sweet. These girls need to learn phone manners.
I have been going to Groton Medical for 4 years. Great people and doctors. I have no complaints and would recommend them to friends.
