We added hurricane windows to the home covered by GulfShore Insurance. We had just renewed the policy before the windows were replaced. When we sent in the proof for the insurance reduction , weeks later and several follow ups, we are told they won’t provide the credit this year but will when we renew. That will not happen at any price.
