My contract was then sold to Gunter and I was told that my contract would be valid with them. Yea. Well, they came back the first year and I’ve never heard form them again. I guess the renewal phone call was the problem.

Gunter does excellent work. All the staff is professional and friendly, but Ben is in a league of his own. He is thorough and clearly explains what he’s doing, why and what other means can be used to solve the problem if the first treatment doesn’t work (we’ve haven’t had to retreat for the same problem as a follow-up).
