We have tried contacting this company for 2 weeks now since moving in. Left messages and got no calls back and no one has ever even answered the phone. I guess they dont want another paying customer!!!
They are the worst. You can never get in touch with them. They leave things behind every week but they don’t tell you what they won’t take. I think of them as the garbage police. One star is too good for them.
It would be nice if they had someone in the office to answer calls and take payments. Our trash has not been picked up because our bill is pass due but can’t call in a payment.
Have billing issues. Don’t send out bills and then charge you for when they cancel services for non-payment because you don’t receive a bill. Office is very unorganized and I had to PROVE when I paid for a year up front, they argued and said I didn’t. Very unprofessional and horrible customer service!
They throw my cans from the other side of the street back into my yard. Had one damaged but they didn’t care when I complained. The one guy was cussing up a storm about something one other time. There was a 3 yr old across the street …
Great company to deal with. Very dependable! Had a larger company for two year contract that continually raised prices and picked up less often! Changed to H&H who said we needed no contract, that if we were unhappy, we could just cancel! We have been very satisfied with H&H! So glad to have them!
We have been using this company for the past 7yrs. We have never had to complain about pick ups or billings. We understand weather, truck break downs and some employees can hinder their operations at times. But, they always got us taken care of in a timely manner. We highly recommend H&H disposal.
