For this to be a little company outside if these big corps. I would recommend 10/10. 2 years and Never had a wifi problem and when their system was acting up they called to see if I was still connected. Best 60 something bucks I ever spent for a service. Thank you for the great service.

Arrived slightly ahead of the scheduled time, and the technician was done in about 20 minutes.
The channels go out for a good 15 minutes and so we can’t watch tv ever because it’s cuts out

Internet is terrible and can hardly hear anyone on the phone. Tried contacting them to fix it and they just say its someone else. Static is unreal and the internet is horrible.

I get exactly the mbps I pay for, sometimes more! My last provider I was only getting half of what they advertised.
Good WiFi but fix your channels. I do not get as many channels (many being sports) as my friends do, so instead of watching it on a nice big tv I have to watch the game on my phone.
Haefle internet isn’t good. It cuts out all the time. There the only option for most around here. If you can find an alternative it’s probably the better choice.

I honestly love that it’s a small company. Every time I call to make a payment or have a question the phone is always answered and the staff are awesome.

Very high cost, service is okay, not great, high speed internet drops (or is throttled) frequently, defensive when I called to discuss service. no other choice here. Now one day after net neutrality changes it looks like Haefele is mzking changes.
Worst ever. Internet is awful and inconsistent. Would rate lower if I could do not recommend. It’s the internet you use when you have no other options.

Our wifi frequently goes out and we had a power outage a few days ago and the wifi says it’s fully connected but I get notifications on my phone when I try to use it that say that my wifi isn’t connected to the internet, I had to switch to data to even write this review.

Fiber is insanely reliable. Been doing computer work for 30 years and Haefle is right up there with other much more expensive fiber providers.

These guys are the best internet company I have ever dealt with! Always helpful, responsive, good service, and quick to deal with outages. We are unfortunately moving and so are going to have to start dealing with Spectrum again, and am very sad to not have Haefele anymore.

The customer service is very rude and multiple people from their customer support have been hostile towards me. I was calling because my internet was out. UPDATE: They came out to fix my internet the same day, even though it was a Saturday. David was nice and said they were looking into the customer support who treated me poorly.
Any problem I have ever had with this company, (outages, etc.), which are very rare, were quickly addressed, and I was kept in the loop as to repair status. All emails to the company are quickly followed up with a reply or phone call. Rare these days. I highly recommend….Nuff said…
I’m wondering after reading the reviews. Which overall are pretty bad. Is it worth trying “Haefele” compared to Spectrum? Spectrum is fine but constantly up the prices with no improvement. Also curious about doing a home connection with AT&T wireless. Any info is helpful to save me some deep research time. Thanks
