These ppl are amazing!! I’ve had emergency issues theyve assisted within a half hour and dealt with other facilities for a month they helped me in one day…they are always polite and even with their workloads the are prompt and curtious..
The office manager at the Romney location is a wonderful person, always friendly, very helpful and very efficient. She is always a pleasure to work with if you need help with any aspect of the medical visit.
After my initial visit, it was extremely difficult to get anyone on the phone. They didn’t answer nor did they return a phone call within 24 hours like their messaging service says.
Even during this virus outbreak they went above and beyond to see my 3 year old when he poked his ear and I just wanted to be sure it didnt damage it. Instead of turning us away or saying it wasnt an emergency they did what they needed to. I cant thank them enough for the care and precautions they are doing.
