Just don’t. For so many reasons, you’re better off with another car insurance company. I dont have enough space to write about everything. Trust me. Stay away.
12 weeks ago I was going to leave a 2 star review but after Will & Michael ( their managers) got involved everything got resolved quickly and professionally. I feel like the managers/directors need to train the staff a little more. My recommendation is if you need additional help, ask for a manager at Hallmark.
If you want an amazing insurance company, this is it! I was hit by one of their clients in Oct 2018. Took my car to get fixed and had to pay cash to get it back because they only paid 600 off the 2000 claim. Your premiums won’t go up because they don’t pay claims. Definitely sign up with these guys.
