Nothing is ever their responsibility. When emailing for responses you get a return address that is undeliverable. If you can choose a neighborhood that doesn’t use HALO you are way better off.
We received a random violation notice from one of the Neighborhood Inspectors for a neighbors car parked in front of our house on a public street. When office was contacted, they blew it off and refused to send retraction notice. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

After a week, I set up a self tour, and after providing everything I was asked for I got a text an hour before the set time telling me my showing was canceled. No call, no answer to my texts or calls and zero effort. Could not have been handled with less professionalism if he tried.
