The technician that came out explained everything thoroughly to me, and reviewed the options I had moving forward towards a new boiler in the future. Had a small leak at pressure valve, he drained system and everything seems to be going fine now. Very pleasant interaction and would definitely use that technician again.
I had Carl out to my home to perform the annual inspection and cleaning of my boiler. As usual, he did a very clean and thorough job. He is a top notch individual and very knowledgeable professional. Haly is also a great company to work with. I have great confidence that my heating and cooling needs are in good hands with them.
Haly has given me good service for many years now… I had a problem recently but Seth especially was very helpful and easy to work with. My only complaint is that they don’t call before they show up at my house, even though I’ve repeatedly asked them to. (I have a dog and a gate and so it’s helpful to know when they’re arriving.)
