We are a small, physician owed practice that has been part of Englewood for over 60 years. We provide family health care to the population of Englewood and the surrounding metro area. We have a long standing relationship with many of our patients, some of whom are the fourth generation of their family to be patients in our office. We are dedicated to provide quality health care for you and your family throughout your lifetime.

Dr Hubbard is an extraordinary doctor
they dont know what they’re doing, they made me drove for 2 hours for nothing because they said that my insurance was going to cover a visit and when I got there they said it wont, dont go there
Dr. Avant is great, he’s punctual and takes his time to make sure every patient is heard
They have been my primary care provider for many years. They have always done a good job for me.
Dr. Avant is a good person and a good Dr. Usually I don’t like doctors.
Also, their staff is are awesome.
Made an appointment on Monday for Thursday for my daughter I get to the office and go to check in and am,told she has no appointment and can not be seen. After I have already taken the day off!
My experience with this facility has been nothing but great.The short time that I was a patient there the service was outstanding, they treated me like family.I could call for an appointment with no hesitation to get me in that day.
This last friday we supposedly had are physical. They told my mom they would not help her get aeletric wheel chair. They don’t care about patients or anything they are going through very sad.
Tried to schedule a well-visit for my child but was told they are not accepting new medicaid patients even after being assigned to my child by medicaid. This is apparently illegal.

They’ve been my primary care physicians for more than 10 years now… the physicians, PAs, and NPs take time to listen, and do a really good job overall. Also, being a multi-provider practice means sometimes if you have an unscheduled issue, you can get seen the same day.

This is an old school practice and I love it. The providers are kind and listen to you. Once you’re established as a patient, it’s not much trouble to get an appt. Their portal is not great, but it’s easy enough to navigate. I really like this place if you need a general practitioner.
