All I can say is wonderful. I don’t know if I can say her name publicly so I won’t. She helped me do setup with my Cpap machine and she was magnificent. Very efficient. When I called customer service because I was unsure of they treated with courtesy and respect.
Karlee was very professional. The machine app kept freezing but after several attempts she was able to walk me thru all the necessary steps to register and set up my cpap machine for usage.
It took a long while to get a machine due to a supply shortage, but they were very quick and professional in providing training on the machine.
