I give 1 star for the lack of compassion mainly towards the pediatrician.. also the refusal of sending my medical records or my daughter’s medical records to our new doctors. I have filled out the paperwork several times and nothing. …
DO NOT GO HERE!! YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT 45 MIN- 1 HOUR BEFORE THEY EVEN CALL YOU BACK. IF YOU HAVE A JOB OR THINGS TO DO, YOU BETTER CANCEL BECAUSE THIS WILL LITERALLY CONSUME HALF OF YOUR DAY & NO ONE IS EVER IN A HURRY.
Never make an appointment at 4pm because you’ll be waiting 30 to 45 minutes to be seen or have to reschedule but other than than the staff are very personal.
Slow. Transfered the doctor I was seeing in the middle of my treatment & wouldn’t allow me to see her at new location. I haven’t been back, nor seen another doctor since then, over two years ago.
My son went to the ER and the very next day I receive a follow up call from HRCHC asking if my son was ok. They expressed their concern for him and advise if I need anything to call or walk-in!
Good and friendly stuff I ever mate. But they change doctors every 6 months they didn’t call me about the my 2 doctor left until i came in for my appointment and trun around they cancelled my appointment when i was in the back waiting on the doctor to come in. I change doctors after that happen to me. This place is waste of time

The most unprofessional place I have EVER been to my entire life. Gossiping about patients, calling out patient symptoms in the hallway, saying that having a woman’s wellness check up done in one day was “too much work for them in one day”….. I just couldn’t believe it. I’m really disappointed.

This place is downright unprofessional. They barely answer the phone, you’ll have to call several times and even then they’ll put you on hold for 15/20 minutes then send you to straight to their voicemail. They aren’t prompt and organized with test results. Every medicine change takes forever to address.Just do better.

I hope more people see this. They’re ridiculous and very unprofessional. If you want to leave in both physical and mental pain than by all means go.
