  1. My problem is not with the office people its is with the workers who come out to fix the water lines they don’t let you know that the water will be off tell you when you ask it will be a couple hours they don’t have what they need for the …

  2. The women I’ve spoken to whenever I’ve had to call here have always been friendly, courteous, and have gone out of their way to help with whatever the issue was. I appreciate their professionalism immensely!

  3. Needed to have my water shut off at the street, the woman said she would have to submit a work order and it would be a few days, when I told her I had a good leak she said put a bucket under it.

  4. Just an awful company. You can’t pay online without a $6 service fee which is ridiculous in this time and age. The service you get when Calling is awful. I wish I had other options but sadly I’m stuck with them.

  5. I called today with questions regarding my account and spoke to a Jessica who answered the phone for HSWA. She was very abrupt and put me on hold without even asking. She was is not a very friendly or polite representative to be answering the phone to assist customers.

  6. Called to make sure we were not part of the boiled water advisory related to Millvale as a result of our shared zip code. Jessica was very pleasant and helpful.

  7. Hampton is literally the worst. The water is turned off without notice at least twice a month. Plus it’s one of the more expensive water authorities in the area. Beyond frustrated with their service.

  8. Five days, water conservation and they didn’t start fixing it until the day after. No, updates for people who don’t have the internet. Just message saying they call when it’s fixed. Poor behavior in a pandemic.

  9. Sirera Properties, L.P.
Hampton Shaler Water Authority, has always been very professional and very helpful when I have a problem or with new service. The staff is always professional in handling any services that my company requires .

  10. Those people that work there are clueless. I called Hampton water company a few weeks ago. I live on middle road, allison park and they were suppose to check out a pipe line to see why water is leaking in my driveway and yard. They still …

  11. Wish I could rate Hampton Shaler Water lower than one star as they are an absolute horrid company. Their staff are rude, cocky, and disgusting to speak to over the phone and their road crews are clueless in their duties on the roads. …

  12. While putting a new line in on Saxonburg, there were multiple problems. First, we had to call as there was oil in the creek downstream.. more than likely a leak from the multiple machines parked along the creek for weeks. At first they …

  13. I think HSWA is great. They are always so helpful on the phone and very kind. Their men on the outside crews know what they are doing and all deserve a raise. The only thing I dislike is the bills keep going up.

  14. How is it that I have to pay a $6 dollar surcharge for paying my bill online? No option to use bank account and do an ACH which cost nothing. I understand combating the cost of using a credit card, but they dont give an option to use a …

  15. If I could leave no stars I would . People on the phone are great but managers must think everyone in shaler is rich. My uncle got sick and wasn’t paying his bill .when I explained I was moving in with my son and could only afford to pay …

  16. BREAKING NEWS!!! we are in a pandemic… my wife lost her job in march and we still have not gotten unemployment. We are behind in everything including the water bill. When I called to try and make an arrangement and it was NOT …

  17. I don’t understand why I set up an account to make it easier for you and me to pay my bill and you charge to do so? I’m sorry. Every dollar is precious to me since I lost my job due to our school closing during the pandemic. I work, but am now making more than $20,000 LESS than what I made. Please give us a break.

  18. Hey guys, why is it such a pain to set up an automatic payment? It’s 2022. No, I don’t want to use your website and pay a $3.00 fee for something that should be 100% free. No, I’m not going to mail you a letter with my bank account …

  19. Thanks to Hampton Shaler Water Authority, water and waste is my highest utility. Plus a service fee to pay bill online? Complete joke. Gibsonia is supposed to have this amazing infrastructure, but the required water service is doing business like we’re back in the 90’s.

  20. Trying to get on payment arrangements Jessica is a little snubnose and the rest of them are nasty as well saying they will shut off my water if not paid in in full by next Monday..seriously? So on top of putting a,furnace and a/c last week they are like oh well .. sickening…pure sickening..

  21. The most expensive water service I have ever had. $6 to pay online. Missing west view water fr. However, I had a leak in my water meter and they came out and fixed it on a Saturday. That was so wonderful of them!!!

  22. $6 extra to pay a bill online, but only $15 if the bill is late? Takes more than a week for my online banking to write them a check but only takes a couple days for them to pay all my other utilities. Pushes setting up an automatic payment …
