The women I’ve spoken to whenever I’ve had to call here have always been friendly, courteous,and have gone out of their way to help with whatever the issue was. I appreciate their professionalism immensely!

Just an awful company. You can’t pay online without a $6 service fee which is ridiculous in this time and age. The service you get when Calling is awful. I wish I had other options but sadly I’m stuck with them.
I called today with questions regarding my account and spoke to a Jessica who answered the phone for HSWA. She was very abrupt and put me on hold without even asking. She was is not a very friendly or polite representative to be answering the phone to assist customers.
Called to make sure we were not part of the boiled water advisory related to Millvale as a result of our shared zip code. Jessica was very pleasant and helpful.
Hampton is literally the worst. The water is turned off without notice at least twice a month. Plus it’s one of the more expensive water authorities in the area. Beyond frustrated with their service.
Five days, water conservation and they didn’t start fixing it until the day after. No, updates for people who don’t have the internet. Just message saying they call when it’s fixed. Poor behavior in a pandemic.
