Worst bank ever I had 264.99 come out of my account they couldn’t use that money so instead the took 35 dollars of my money to return to those people have no idea what it was even for

They don’t know how to answer there phones. I’ve called 4 times today and went to at least 2 different areas of the building and still no answer. I need to get this stuff figured out asap.
Horrible business policies, they just close your account with no notice, even when you have money in it? Insane is what that is….never would I recommend these guys..millstream credit union is 100% better.

Website will no longer let you check ur bank account tells you that you must download the app then when you do that you have to enroll which will not let you so now I have to literally drive up and check the atm and I do t live in Findlay …
