They are always a pleasure to work with. I love how they give free checks to non profit organizations. Customer service is fantastic. I once had an issue with my online account and the gentleman at the service desk went above and beyond to assist me. The only con I can think of is their limited hours.
I’ve been banking here for almost 2 years now. The service is good and they don’t push unnecessary services like the other big banks. Making deposits and withdrawals at the teller was quick and easy. Their online account access even uses two factor authentication.
