no one picked up my trash on Friday 03/17/2022 at 2297 Burns Rd., Rineyville, ky 40162. Neighbor across the street from me did.
Noone picks up the phone. I tried calling 5 times and nothing. I went in there and they are all on their phones watching Jersey shore so there’s no reason not to pick up the phone.
Called to get service 4 weeks ago. It took 4 calls before anyone answered phone. I have not received garbage containers and have already received second bill. Tried to call about getting credit for first month of service since I did not use …
They never answer the phone. The garbage cans are worthless; water from top of lid goes into can when you lift it, lid doesn’t seal nor is it heavy and therefore you get maggots or blows open allowing animals to get it. Wish we got to choose our company but nope and we got cheap cans and lousy service
