Dumped my trash can on the road and left it for me to pick up. Trash was blowing all over the road and my neighbors yard. Glass was on the road as well. The following week after that they didn’t pick up my trash at all. I called them and they said they just missed me. I wish the city of Eagle would go back to Republic Services.
I am giving this rating because for Ada County residents they don’t offer a veterans discount. However, if you are an Eagle resident, which is a city they just acquired, then you can get a Veterans discount. If its not in the specific contract then they don’t offer it, which is absurd.

Recently Hardin took over Fox Sanitation. Since then my trash has been picked up about 4-5 times in a 5 month period. Tried to resolve and basically was told to bad. Highly recommend that you use West Town in Parma!

Fox Sanitation recently sold out to Hardin. I was unsure of what to expect with the new changes; however Hardin has been awesome. We were given adequate time and notification. Everyone from the office staff to the drivers have been knowledgeable and professional. 🙂
Hardin Sanitation Drivers are awesome!!! We had an old cumbersome giant bean bag to get rid of and we weren’t sure if they would take it with the regular garbage. The driver hopped out to make sure his truck could grab it properly and sure enough, he took it! Thanks for the extra effort!!!

Absolutely the nicest office staff. I really enjoy speaking with both of the ladies there. Always super friendly. They empty my dumpster in a timely manner. Even the folks at the landfill are always very kind and polite. Must be a good company to work for.

I was outside with my daughter, she was wanting to watch the big truck take our trash. Jose came to talk to me about my can placement, super nice guy! This trash company is a gamble on if you actually get your trash picked up or not. Called one week because it didn’t get picked up, got told I could just put extra out next week, and they didn’t show up this week either. This company is a joke. Sad that there aren’t any other trash services near me.
We forgot to put our trash can out and our driver went above and beyond to get out of his truck and walk to the house to grab the can, take it to the road and empty it, all at 630 am in the dark and cold!
Took them over a month to deliver my trashcan and i never got reimbursed for that month and now they are skipping my trash can even tho i pay for a weekly pickup.

It was 8am on a Saturday morning and they delivered trash cans to the entire neighborhood and made a lot of noise that could have been done in the afternoon… they slammed the cans down on the trailer and did that all the way down the street! Bring back republic services!
