You pay for high-speed internet you get the lowest speed possible… you can set your watch by how often the internet goes out and usually stays out… don’t waste your money here unless you like paying for something you don’t get…
Service is outdated and expensive for what they offer. The service men were very helpful setting me up but as a technology company, they need to offer payment by debit or credit card.
Certain channels especially ion are always going out or out . they say it’s on ions end but it’s been a couple of weeks and still has not been fixed. The prices are redicioulos for what you get especially here. Its a joke.

Absolutely ridiculous that I pay $99 a month for internet that doesn’t work. Called and nothing got done period after they said they would “check it out” I hope someone else comes in here that actually cares about there customers.

Service could be better. Internet & cable go out quiet frequently and it seems it takes the workers a while to fix. Last time it took 3 days to fix the issue.
Best internet provider in Harlan County. I have been a customer of most of the other ISP’s in the area and this one is 15x faster than the closest competitor – – AT&T, in terms of connection speed
Internet is fast when it’s working. I think it is over priced for the constant outage that happens. At random, it will go out with no reports of tech issues or anything. I understand why the reviews are 1 star. Staff is supportive, and tech guys are nice. Service is overall bad for $99 a month.
