  1. Horrible place to trust, You have to go to ER before they can help you, I had an issue with my med, call my Dr Payzant, he was out of vacation, no one couldn’t help me within 24 hrs I will definitely look for a different clinic

  2. Been seeing Dr Ajay for some time now my last visit he didn’t get my refills correct once Dr Ajay caters to other patients before me I tell the front desk operator I don’t have much time I’ll be late for my buss she gives me a attitude …

  3. So, I’ve called harmony healthcare 3x and sent and email. I’ve received zero responses. They don’t seem very competent from the looks of the comment section anyway. I probably dodged a bullet.

  4. Don’t bother. It’s a waste of your energy and money trying to fix your mental health at this place… if anything you’ll cause more damage to your mental health. Just don’t even waste your time. …

  5. I’ve had great experiences with both Barbara and Dr. Quinn, staff is always polite. Sometimes trying to make an appointment can be a hassle if you’re doing it over the phone though.

  6. Liked the medication management. But doctors would keep leaving or changing on me leaving me with instability. I want to know that the person I’m telling my problems to isnt just taking cliff notes for the next doctor. They do have have friendly staff .

  7. This place is a joke and a trigger for actual patients who are in crisis or dealing with mental health issues. The people who answer the phone are all condescending and seem as if their goal is to be unhelpful and send people over the edge. …

  8. I went in for my first appointment at 7:00 p.m. I wasn’t seen until 7:45. pm. Only had 15 minutes. I was understanding. I went back for a second appointment only to have therapist fall asleep.

  9. Have been seeing Dr Payzant for a few years and although he has been very diligent in working with my son and his anxiety issues the front office staff is a complete joke. The last three visits we have needed my son’s meds prescribed …

  10. Harmony was the only provider accepting new patients on my insurance plan. Since I was just looking to find a closer doctor, I made an appointment to be “evaluated.” During no point of the three contacts I had in advance of my appointment …

  11. Was willing to pay cash for appointments to get my much needed prescription meds, was denied cause they “can’t just charge me cash for an appointment”. Good to know they don’t care about their patients needs, was with them for about 6 …

  12. I’ve been going to this place on and off for 10 years now. I recently started going again this year because my anxiety has worsen. The first therapist I saw was “Bob”(can’t remember his last name). All went well until he walked me out after …

  13. Sometimes you wonder as to why people do not seak treatment for their mental disorders. Offices like these are the reason why! The staff is so unfriendly and they do not understand how to deal with people who have mental health problems. Do …

  14. Therapists are all “interns” with minimal experience- and that was immediately clear upon meeting them. I saw 3 different therapists who all acted grossly inappropriately (i.e. uncalled for religious comments, blamed my depression on my …

  15. I am 21, after finally feeling comfortable with my therapist she informed me she was leaving, which did NOT help my abandonment issues. My new therapist was about 26, don’t know how someone only five years older would be able to help me. …

  16. Dr. Anthony Quinn put my life in danger by not responding to my pharmacist. I didn’t have my benzodiazapine for seven days until I had to go into his office to resolve the problem. That night I had a seizure. Their office staff is rude …

  17. Dr.Ajayai is by far the worse health care “professional” I have ever encountered. Dr.Ajayai was not only almost 30 minutes late, he was also very rude. His “diagnosis” was about 4 minutes and never gave me an actual diagnosis. Instead he …

  18. I understand that with every therapist you meet is trial and error. But the therapist that I had Today was terrible and awkward (especially since it was my first time meeting her). Ingrid was not the right fit for me I feel that she’s …

  19. I had an evaluation with a psychiatrist (Dr.Ajay) for medication that was only 12 minutes long. He seemed mad because he had to cut time short with another patient to attend to me but I already spent an hour passed my appointment time to …

  21. Your medication is out, you ask for refill, you go now almost three days without medication and told to go hospital if you exp symptoms. Really, unprofessional and rediculous.

  22. My therapist is kind and helpful. I can’t imagine how difficult her job must be at this time and working for this group.
My disappointment is solely in the management of the company. …

  23. They got me on an anti-depressant and then when I ran out of refills they denied my refill. No one ever called me, they just denied it. I went through withdrawal on a high-dose of an anti-depressant they got me hooked on and didn’t refill. Thankfully, my GP refilled it when she found out but she agreed that it was medically negligent.

  24. Fanta 0/10 complete lack of professionalism. Was playing rap music during session was reading file in from of me during session and asked question that should have been answered by file. Felt undermined and unimportant. New therapist, first session was yesterday already had better experience.

  25. Very unprofessional.. From the front desk to the doctors. If you want your patients to arrive 30 minutes early, doctors should be on time too. Our appt was at 5:30, was told to arrive 30 minutes prior. Arrived at 445pm and was not seen …
