Ridiculous that in 2016 you can’t do anything unless you go in person. Nothing online or even over the phone. Also, we were promised our cable would be on by 5PM and it’s not… and conveniently, they are closed until Monday.
They don’t even deserved one star. Every employee there is so rude. I’ve been with them for almost two years and they are so unprofessional! Every time you call or go in they act as if your bothering them by having service with them!

The people at Harris are helpful and friendly. I would recommend if you get internet from them to rent a modem instead of buying one. They will maintenance the modem, whereas, if you bought one you would be responsible for it. Internet is fast and affordable. Makes doing my schoolwork a breeze.

In and out in 3 minutes for a bill pay. No line, friendly service, cold a/c inside.
Office staff always polite and helpful. Also have tech service 24/7.
They make paying easy and they are top of any issue you have promptly.
