  1. (Translated by Google) Very attentive staff and from the moment you arrive, the kindness of the receptionist is admirable, she checks your documents that are complete and guides you in obtaining your ticket for the appointment. They are …

  2. You’d think it’d be slow since it’s a government office but I’ve never spent more than 10 minutes here in and out to get what I need, surprisingly efficient.

  3. I’m a register title transfer agent and is very frustrating that they make you wait over 3 hours to do a bonded title and don’t make to window by 12 because they only I have one person working on commercial the supervisor on window 5 super …

  4. Wait on the phone 35 minutes to leave a message twice and never receive a call back. Given them many days to call back and still nothing. Horrible call center service.

  5. If you open at 8am your staff should be ready to go. They were coming in late and setting up. People werent seen till 8:30. Inexcusable!!

  6. Why do I have to get special permission to pay someone else’s registration or taxes? So you are more likely to give them a ticket or repossess their property?? Sounds very shady to me what are the benefits of that? Is that standard practice threw out the US? You lost my vote!

  7. The window clerk helping me gave me an attitude the whole time. When I asked her questions she would just laugh and shake her head. At least the police officers gave me advice on my situation.

  8. the website is a joke as well as the staff advising on how to register for an appt. Document provided says can register for appt starting august 31st
NO WHERE ON SITE SHOWING HOW AND WHERE TO REGISTER
    JOKE

  9. Fast and friendly. Nina was awesome. My title transfer was difficult and she was completely unfazed, super helpful and incredibly knowledgable. Such a positive experience.

  10. Not this actual location. VERONICA helped me over the phone and was AWESOME! She went above and beyond to get answers for me instead of just saying she didn’t know ur transferring me around. TY! BEST EVER county employee I’ve dealt with! TY!

  11. Insufficient system. It’s a nightmare currently. You have to make an appointment to be seen but currently there are no appointments until May and it’s March- they aren’t accepting walk-ins and call times are well into an hour.

  12. I came here to get a copy of my vehicle registration and the service was fast! I walked in and was at a teller in no more than 3 minutes. The teller that served me was very friendly and helpful!

  13. Calling this office for ANY question is NOT recommended. Waited on the phone for an hour and a half just to keep getting told, “We are experiencing more than usual call volumes. Please stay on the line and an agent will be with you shortly.” Heard this almost 25 times…

  14. Fast and efficient

Did not have to wait long and when served, it was fast, efficient and I was out in less than 10 minutes. It was all worth it having driven an hour to get to the site.

  15. Horrible service. Juanita rudely answer twice. Incorrectly transfer me into the Spanish operator. I was on hold for an entire hour, no one answered. Attempted multiple calls after and still no answer.

  16. The people currently handling the mechanics liens are clueless and it is presumable that they are rejecting properly perfected liens in order to reduce their workload. This has only became a problem recently and it is hurting legitimate …

  17. I lived in Houston my whole life and this place is not better than the one in Bryan. They always have long lines and some of the employees are rude. Other than that you can handle your needs there.

  18. The wait times are ridiculous at this place. I come in for title transfers here and every time I’m here for 1-2hrs. I would not recommend anyone to go to this location. Staff is decent, plenty of windows to help but most of the time I see staff standing around talking with one another.

  19. It was a pleasant surprise to walk into title and tax office to find people more helpful than even the dealer I bought vehicle from. I know it sounds weird but Silvia went out of her way to help me, gave all the information I need even when it was not her job to do it.

  20. This has been my fastest experience with the registration process. I’m new to Texas and made sure I had everything required to register my vehicle. I’m happy with their system so far.

  21. i was very nervous to come to register my out of state car. I came early expecting to be waiting a long time. it was alot faster than i expected and the person helping me was very nice and helpful so thank you for that.

  22. In for jury duty, they announce you can not leave the room to use the restroom once they close the doors. If you exit the room you will have to re-schedule. Looks like a temporary room, but still. That’s a lot of people being denied restroom access under penalty.

  23. Non responsive. Have called several days in a row and remained on hold for over an hour each time before hanging up. Left voicemails and emails, only to receive a response 12 days later. Completely unacceptable.

  24. First time here and five stars hands down. the guy in front of me who was nice mind you, proceeded to lick the strip on his credit card before then swiping it through the reader because he thought that would make the card reader read his …

  25. Efficiency seems to have crashed under the current administration. Not only have I not received property tax bills, when I called to inquire, I ended up listening to music and being told a hundred times how important my call was. Then, …

  26. Yes it is stressful to go here anywhere you go, but once I finally got up to the front Erica took care of us very well and she was extremely professional but stern and charismatic at the same time! I respect that and I want it to be noted to anybody that sees this review. I highly recommend going to her!

  27. I walked in at 9:30 a.m. on a Monday, on April 30! Showed my correct document and walked right out! I was so excited! It took me a while finding the tax office
using GPS but over all great experience

  28. The wait times on the phone are insane. Every time I call I am on hold for more than TWO HOURS. Forget about leaving a voicemail, you wont get a call for days. Set aside half of your work day if you want to get anything resolved.

  29. Domino’s Pizza would be more helpful in answering tax questions. Was on hold for 26 minutes because I received a bill 13 days after it was mailed, called to get info, spoke to the rudest customer service representative I have ever met who …

  30. Great customer service. Associate “Orlit” was on point and extremely helpful! She went above her job to ensure I was taken care of with my tax questions. Great service!

  31. Went to get my cars registered after moving to Texas. This was the most seamless government office visit I’ve ever had. Ms. Krishna was so friendly and helpful. I’d be happy to come down here again, and I wish other government offices ran this smoothly!

  32. I have had to send in a separate check for the amount billed for auto registration, title, and fees. This is the 3rd time I have had to do this at $8 per envelope sent to this office. Worst part being the person quoting me the price of …

  34. Ms. Peggy Martinez and Ms. Annie D. Gbae were super helpful to this US Navy Active Duty dentist, in order to get his new license plates, registration and title being more than 1500 miles away. Thank you for making our lives easier and less stressful prior out move to the great state of Texas!

  43. Sent an email regarding an appointment still have not received a reply. On the phone waiting over 45 minutes and still holding.

  48. The Tax Office Phone System is a JOKE. Unfortunately, it’s not funny. The amount of time to get a hold of someone on the phone is ridiculous. The best way to fix this problem is to vote to replace the current person in charge. If any …

  49. Ticket machine system was down, but the workers were all super helpful and pleasant and the wait still wasn’t very long. (came after morning rush, around 9:30). Did new resident car registration, had all my forms and everything was easy.

  50. I made an appointment to get a car of mine back to legal status. Every thing went as smooth as it could be. When I arrived and told the attendants I had an appointment they directed me where to go and it was done. No problems at all.

  51. Worst possible system, a new system should be a better system not worse. Normally the disabled situations would take within 30 minutes, now it’s upward to over 90 minutes.. court house on Will Clayton. Horrific!!!!

  52. Don’t know what can be said about this tax office. Rude employees that cut you off before you finish speaking and demand documents that aren’t mentioned on the site, combined with extensive wait times (spent over 2 hours here, even with an …
