Honestly, if you have any other choice of internet service provider, take it. HTC is consistently underwhelming in the service they provide.
Its pathetic to see that im paying for 100 mbps down and im only getting 5 also 10 mbps up and im only getting .5.
I only have HTC for internet service which I think is a rather expensive I live five miles out of town and my services run on old telephone wires in the ground so my service is not very good

Such a monopoly. They can do what they want. Living in RB there is no one else to choose from like Bville. Stuck with old school service and definitely technology
If you have another option, choose it. We don’t and it is horrible. They refuse to update their technology because they are the monopoly and don’t have to—customers just keep paying for it.
I have called many times. My internet service doesn’t work. They claim they can only come out Monday or Friday to repair it. I am not available on Monday or Friday. I’m paying and the internet doesn’t work. Horrible company to deal with. There answer is well I don’t know what to tell you.
They have been an above and beyond provider for years. My neighbors old equipment return was even credited.
HTC internet is horrible. I live near one of the public buildings that they service, and when it is busy over there, our internet slows down. Also, the cable box is always having problems. I added a screenshot of a Speedtest of the internet speed. Don’t buy htc
My internet is trash and we have called many times trying to fix it but they don’t do anything about it and it just gets worse and worse have to use my hot spot so I can do my work it is just pitiful that they do nothing about it and we are probably going to switch soon.
We have phone, phone system and internet through Harrisonville and they have been fantastic. They’ve done some amazing upgrades to their equipment but kept the small town feel and fantastic customer service. Highly recommend!
It’s getting real hard to pay for something that doesn’t work and to be insulted by tech support people who don’t even live in the area. I used to recommend HTC to everyone, not anymore. Time to find a new provider.
