Most unreliable service I’ve ever dealt with, god forbid an internet provider knows how to provide internet, what the hell do I pay u people for? Wish I could be this bad at NY job and still expect a check

Your 50g package is a rip off. Now that you added 3 more pack with more gigabits the 50g is not as good you throttled it down to make more money. Your company is a RIP OFF.
Great people BUT…expanded, non-digital cable costs 100.00 a month?? Great service but the worst communications product I’ve ever experienced. The products are so overpriced.
When I call they are very professional & responsive to my concern. The customer service technicians are always considerate & genuinely seem to care about resolving whatever issue I may be having!

This internet service is very poor. It cuts out at least twice a day. I JUST HAD A THIRTY minute lag in service. I have to turn off the modem and turn it back on to regain service. I do not recommend it.
