ATM is down/closed on several occasions. Today I went there to make a deposit at the ATM, is the ATM working, yes…but of course they don’t have any envelopes to make a deposit which of course you NEED to make a deposit unlike other banks. So now my account will overdraft tomorrow; thank you HFCU.
This bank has the worst customer service. Every time I try to call nobody answers the phone and I have to leave a VM in a general mailbox and then I e-mail them and it takes days to reply. After reading many negative reviews, I have to say that I had nothing but the best help from Naomi and the lady at the front desk who put me in the wait list to speak with her. This bank was extremely busy but I was in out in timely matter. Suggestion if you are going here is they can get busy don’t go on your lunch break and be patient.
