  5. Front office staff is unpleasant. I waiting for a HOUR in a room by myself when they were aware I was feeling dizzy. They charged me TWICE and told me to wait to get the money back. I do NOT recommend this place. Very unpleasant expierence EVEREY time I go.

  7. We love this place, especially Dr. Cohen, the nurses and office staff. We moved 1 hour away but kept HMA since they are the best!!! Worth the trip for the excellent care we receive.

As for the receptionist staff, I agree with the other reviews… always acting like they dont see you or ignore you and when you ask a question its an attitude.   9. I just had my yearly Physical done by Linda Borenstein CRNP and she was very thorough. She took her time and we covered everything from head to toe. Front desk, and lab services were very pleasant. I have no complaints.

  10. I think that these reviews are crazy. I would agree, their staff might need to be a little more patient oriented. There is rarely someone to greet you and should you need to talk to someone behind the glass it can be a hassle, but the doctors and nurses here are excellent!!
