  2. Poor customer service and false advertising. Delivery was supposed to be in 4-6 weeks. 6 weeks later now I’m told it will be another 2 months this is only revealed after I called complaining. No one ever contacted me to discuss the extended amount of time. Poor, poor service!!

  6. If you think you are buying quality furniture, think again. A week old sofa that we paid 2,500.00 for has seam fraying in 2 places. We cant get a response from anyone, just empty promises.

  8. I’ve always had good experiences with Havertys. I don’t deal with the salesmen very much because I always know what I want when I go there, but the furniture is great quality and the delivery service is great.
