We moved to the island about a year ago and have been very impressed with the quality and responsive service of the gas company. The workers that come out to replace our tanks are very kind, easy to work with and fast. We appreciate how quickly they replace our tanks and are thankful for their time.
Absolutely horrible for residential customers. I’ve had to re-setup autopay 3 times. They stop it for no reason at all then send cutoff notices. Their website is not customer friendly and is antiquated. Requires a customer to mail or fax …
