Multiple arbirtrary denials of pre authorizations for scans related to cancer care. Go elsewhere if possible. They collect high premiums and deny care.
Very long wait times to contact their customer service call center and customer service representatives not calling you when they promised on a specific time of day. Wasting your time trying to get issues resolved. Not really impressed for the premiums my employer pays.
Trevor was amazingly helpful in answering all my questions, and suggesting benefits I wasn’t aware of (eg. the 365 discounts). Also got replacement cards on the spot.
Not the best place to start your career. Upper management is dysfunctional. It seems like everyone has a power strip. Save yourself a few white hairs and wrinkles…look somewhere else
work/worked here after COVID I would not suggest this company as a future…. use it as a stepping stone. Many departments have gone to third world countries. The work environment is toxic and political. I only work here cause it’s online …

Omg, at least an hour wait long on the phone. I can get through.
ON hold for 1/2 hour before they hung up on me.

I’ve had numerous poor experiences with this coverage. I absolutely do not recommend. HMAA offers far better coverage.
