So we recently couldn’t afford to pay our bills and our power got cut and then a day later we payed our bill expecting power to turn on and they tell us a day later that we have to pay a 500 dollar reconnection fee terrible customer service as well.
Presented with wrong credit score treatment less than desirable certainly treated like a number after decades of paying advance Never late now demanding ridiculous deposit with the 797 score
It’s sucks how you can’t even make an automatic payment for a certain date. If I can use different electric company I would. But I’m stuck with this one unfortunately.

Horrible in every way. Ridiculously slow to do anything. Equipment is antiquated and inefficient. Poor customer service. About as bad as it’s possible to be and still exist. A non government funded business would surely have collapsed operating like this.

Poorly managed infrastructure, consistent monthly outages which causes damage to sensitive electronics, and data loss. They should charge a lower rate for the poor service they have been providing. The power even went out while writing this review.
