Horrible and incompetent. They are very rude and have nasty attitudes when you speak to them. All of them have been that way, even the leadership and Vice President. They act as if they are paying us. It is insane. Hoping our folks fire them asap.

Awful folks, very rude telling me not to call and check up on my landscaping permit as they are too busy with thousands of folks..so I listened to my landscaper and had it done anyway and the permit came 8 months later! I was told there is no other management cos. On island so folks were stuck.
Hawaiiana charges our association roughly $9k a year for office supplies/admin services. Went to go pay association fee online. What a joke! Absolutely ridiculous to charge a $20 processing fee for a simple online payment.
I am a lender who often require information from the HOA management in assisting home buyers in getting their loan approval. In recent years, have been disappointed with the poor service and slow responses from some of the employees of Hawaiiana Management.
