I lost my debit card, and i was told instead of waiting for it to come into the mail, which would take 7-14 buisness days, i could go to the Kapolei or the Hononlulu branch on Aaala St. to get it in person. They were efficient, friendly and most helpful. I was able to walk out with my new card with no problems.

Mahalo for helping me to keep the scammers from taking my money. The teller who helped me and the supervisor for the teller and the branch manager ALL realized that I was being scammed and went above and beyond to stop the situation.
