If I could give the company negative stars I would. Absolutely the worst management company in all of South Florida. They are completely unresponsive to questions and concerns, they simply don’t care about customer service. Stay away from the terrible company

I routinely ask for maintenance of my condo and it is continually ignored. Appears to be no guidance from property manager to board on proper maintenance and repairs. Meetings you are silenced and no open discussions.
My family lives in Brentwood Estates in Boca Raton and it is managed by Hawk-Eye Management and they have a very good team that maintains the properties.
Their professional conduct is deplorable, I think thier a bit confused that they work for us/homeowners we don’t work for them. Huge turnover, Camino Gardens is sending out RFP’s to get rid of them, do I need to say more?
Very poor phone customer service! The lady on the phone couldn’t even explain what they are charging me for once a year! They are doing nothing, but collecting money! Feel scammed and trapped paying their bills for literally nothing.
Never got anyone to answer my call. I called stating I did not Get new invoice for either myself or my Mom. Needed to request invoice so I could pay
What ever happened to customer service or a real person picking up phone calls.
