A waste
I not like how she treat me how she do thing
I have taken my business elsewhere. I’d recommend others do the same.
She is the best doctor I have and I have many.
Dr. Hayes took time to talk to me and really listened.
Did nothing to help my wife and charged us a lot of money and staff had no idea what the other was doing this place is horrible and very unorganized if I could give negative stars I would
I always like them here and they have always been treated with respect and a smile
Worst receptionist ever. Wish I could leave no stars
Nurse Kay is the BEST, MAVERICK IS GREAT, NURSE AMY IS WONDERFUL…I LOVE HAYES ENDOCRINE AND DIABETES CENTER…
Super nice friendly staff. Very helpful and take time with each patient
this is the worst place ever. The whole staff is rude. The doctor had no idea what she was talking about. Lindsey is so rude and hateful. I have had nothing but problems with this office.
I hate doctors. The team here is not doctors. They my diabetic family. Over 10 years excellent care.
I was sent a bill and when I tried to pay their phone calls were being transferred to another office. That happened for a few weeks and I just stop calling. They eventually sent my bill to a collection agency.
This office was incredible! Entire staff was knowledgeable and friendly and Doctors know what their taking about with my diabetes. I have never felt better!!!
The front desk and check out are nice and helpful. Lisa is super and answered all my questions. Also the lady in the lab is amazing!
I was very happy with the staff, doctors, and office employees, they are nice, caring, and listens to you needs and concerns. I am glad I was referral to them.
I recommend nobody come here because you will always see Nurse Practitioners only and it not going to be Dr.Andrea Hayes lol you will never meet her and the wait time is very long which the smart old front desk clerk is very rude has A …

Office personal very courteous and staff were all friendly and professional.Dr Hayes very professional and she is very compassionate I am so glad that I was referred to her.
Still waiting. Doctor is 1.5 hours late so far. I do not have an extra 1.5 hours to wait for an appointment. Will not be returning and am contemplating sending this office a bill for my time.
I have been coming here since at least 2004…I love the Dr I am seeing and been seeing now….her name is Mrs. Kay Williams…I love going to see her…she takes really good care of my diabetes then and now…Great Dr
Short Story: prescription refills are never on time meaning missed doses, they transfer the meds to towns we did not ask them to transfer to, they threaten to block your number if you call twice in a period of time (even if they STILL …
Terrible experience. Office was FILTHY, the floors had not been swept in a VERY long time and in the procedure room there waas dried iodine on the floors. They did a biopsy while I was there and when I started crying from the pain, she never …
Does anyone know if they changed their hours due to the COVID? I’m trying to call to set up an appointment and I get a recording saying it’s after hours and it is only 8:30 AM. Also on the recording it says you can set up an appointment 24 …
Good staff and the doctor. They take good care of you. You always out fast. Doctor will help you with your problems and everything’s. The only things need work on answers there phone somdtimes
Had a great experience when I went to this office to have my Thyroid checked. I saw Dr. Hayes. She was very thorough with all of the testing and took the time to explain everything to me. Everyone was very professional.
I went this place years ago when they had Hendersonville location. I tried asking about natural thyroid medication because drugs like synthroid I didn’t tollerate well. I was refused. They didn’t seem to listen to me. My primary care doctor listen more than they did.
Hailey is absolutely amazing. I came in with a list of things I wanted to discuss and she covered every single one of them within 30 minutes and in great detail. I couldn’t ask for a better group of people. They are hands down the best around.
I would avoid them for any men’s wellness issues. The doctor and staff are cookie cutter, and do not listen to their patients input when it comes to their own health. I regret ever making an appointment.
I have been a patient of Dr. Hayes for over 12 years. I have always been treated extremely well by the entire staff. Whenever I need additional information or help with medical claims/prescriptions the front office is always helpful. …
Don’t get to see my doctor I’m assigned to. Only seen her once since I’ve been going here and that was my first appointment. Don’t check my thyroid just a routine of asking my symptoms, blood work and leave. Feels like I’m not getting the …
The guy at the front desk was super helpful finding out my copay for a specialist. The nurse was polietful and helped with prior auths for my medications to get them approved. The Dr and NPs have helped my diagnoses improve. Highly recommend.
Really nice doc. Looking forward to working with her. Having to go to my pcp because been crying water from my eyes and not meaning g to. Eyes are draining really bad. Going to be checked for siadh I believe. I’ll get back with you I promice. Retaining water worse than what I was.
My dad had been going to this clinic for about 6-7 years and never met the doctor once. He was referred by a physician from a low-income clinic (that should tell you something). His A1C levels had remained at an 8 or higher for the past 7 …
Great doctor, very caring about your well being, Check’s everything to make sure all is correct. And cares about the patience’s concern’s. In my book she is a 10. Found the problem when no one else could. We need more doctors like her. God bless
Do yourself a favor and find a different endocrinologist before you think about going here. The lady that saw me was in the room for just a few minutes and had not even looked at my chart before hand although they had my referral for a few …
I went to her office for 10 YEARS and probably only saw Dr. Hayes twice that I can remember. And once because she herself said the practitioner was out. I have been with my new endocrinologist and have seen him 3 times in the past 2 years. …
I was referred to Dr Andrea Hayes and had seen her for barely a year only! With my lab results (high PTH and high blood calcium) she knew that was the sign of a tumor which is not going to be cured by any medication but surgery only! During …
I was diagnosed with diabetes November 2016. I constantly struggled to find an endocrinologist who was accepting new Tenncare patients. My PCP found Hayes and I had my first visit today. The admits were very nice and professional, and I was …
Absolute rudest lady I have ever spoken to in my life at the front desk. I am a nurse, and have been a Type 1 Diabetic for 24 years. I wouldn’t send my dog here. I’d give this place 0 stars if I could.
One of the worst doctors I ever went to. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. Ive been going a year and half. I still dont know what I have. I have no answers to my previous issues. Now I’m having heart trouble, all she did was throw a beta …
My experience there has been terrible from start to finish. She isn’t taking my health issues serious and she’s very rude. I’m in process of finding a new Endocrine who actually care about my health. I went in on 10/09/2015 with serious …
I have always been treated very well here. They had a new receptionist at the desk when I went for my last appt. The staff are kind and humoredly friendly, they listen to you and and answer your questions. The doctor is very friendly and …
The best bunch of people you’ll ever meet! Have been going here for years. Always calling me when lab work is bad. Get appointment reminders. Never wait for very long. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
The whole place just sucks! I have never been to a specialist who sees a patient for less then a minute and leaves. Never going over my history or issue face to face. The dude at the front can not smile and is oh so busy with I do not know …
If I could give them a minus 10…I would. From the minute I walked in the door I was treated with rudeness and disrespect. The young boy at the front desk talks to you like you are stupid. Very rude and snippy. I would give a review on the …
This place is amazing. I’ve had diabetes since I was three and have struggled with a high A1C since I was twelve. I’ve never had doctors or nurses as compassionate, caring, and helpful as the people who work here. I don’t feel like just …
Dr. Hayes is great. She did my biopsy on my thyroid nodules and was done quickly. The girls in the lab are super nice and the nurses too. It’s her scheduler that isn’t so friendly.
I started coming to this diabetes center in March of 2018, and I have to say I have had nothing but a great experience. The office staff were professional. My review however is for John Casilli (my doctor) since I have been seeing him I …
My first visit was awesome. The employees are very friendly. Lisa my nurse practitioner was very good about explaining everything she was going to do. What needed to be done. Most importantly she took her time with me, listened to …
Im am very new at being a diabetic and getting the insulin pump. Dr. Hayes was very short and not open minded to other options regarding the insulin pump that I researched. I trusted her advice and since then I have had the worst time with …
I have loved Dr. Hayes and her team since the early 2000s. I have had a few different nurse practitioners in her practice throughout all of these years. The entire staff have always been wonderful to me. I have never been treated rudely. …
My first visit with Hayes Endocrine and Diabetes Center was January 2020 and all I can say is I have been pleased with my visits so far. Unfortunately with the recent pandemic it’s made things a little difficult with face to face visits, …
So I am
Unsure if this office is stil open or not as I was told the office was closing last year and dr. Hayes was leaving the area, however I am seeing more current reviews so I am confused. I’m trying to get my records transferred
2hr drive. When we arrived the front desk was very nice. The nurse who took us back was great. When the doctor came she stated that only one of my levels were barely high & when I asked why she thought they were I didn’t really get an …
I have been having a lot of issues and been through a lot of tests. My regular doctor decided it was time to send me to a specialist. So I was referred here. I was told to wait a couple of weeks and if I hadn’t heard anything to call them. …
