Terrible customer service
Have no idea how their service might be…they can’t be bothered to answer the phone.
No one answered my phone call or messages I made a complaint and no one has called me back My trash was outside 6am and did not get picked up while everyone did
Why won’t they answer the phones. I have been trying to pay my bill for 3 weeks now and only get error messages on the website when I click “Pay my Billl”. The customer service phone goes straight to voice mail but the voice mail is full. Please help you paying customers……

HBS has been consistent in picking up our trash in Surrey Ridge. Very pleased with their service.
This used to be a good service. They have gone downhill a lot lately and their customer service representatives are the worst in the Nation. If you call with a problemIf you call with a problem expect to be treated rudely and hung up on. If they missed your house….they say, we’ll get it next week.
They miss people’s trash and also refuse trash if the lid is a little open. But then takes the neighbors trash that has a bunch of boxes all around it. They get paid a lot of money to do this job and only have the 1 job and can’t handle it. Won’t ever use this company again.

Our Hoa has changed to this company and they are so inconsistant about pick up times. Our trash on some days wont be picked up until 4 or 5pm and other days its right at 7am.
