My nurse practitioner was very attentive, knowledgeable, and caring. The other nurses as well. They all went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and comfortable. The ER doctor was very rude then the put me in a room with another patient that had mental issues and was aggressive towards me, I ended up waiting in the hallway untill she was relocated.The nurses on the floor were great but it wasn’t a really good experience otherwise.
My visit was quick due to no other patients coming in. But doctors did show very little Care my fingers were slammed in a trunk and I didn’t even get to see my X-ray I was just told that it’s sprained given a prescription and told to leave.
As far as the wait time and the nurses, that was excellent, however the results I don’t agree with. I was given something that didn’t work and I feel like I’m going to be charged for that.
