For one thing they never answered their phone when you call you always have to leave a message and your number I’ve called since they opened and and haven’t got a call back going on 2 hours now this is unsatisfactory But what are you to do when the VA only gets their equipment from one place…Smh
they really have an attitude and ignored the doctors prescription that said LARGE compression stocking and gave me a medium which tore the 3rd time i used it…I think drug mart would have been a better option

Chris Hammer and Dane Hammer came i and fixed my wheelchair and others for free at Kent Quailty Care in Kent. Millers medical refuses to fix anyones wheelchair while the reside in nusing homes. So now I will switch to this company.
Called on 9/22/16, 9/23/16 and today is 9/28/16 and I am still waiting on a call to get someone to fix the brake on my knee walker/scooter that is on rental from them, I have been limited where I can go because I am nervous depending on one brake for small inclines and such. I have been very patient.
