The prices for the products are twice retail price. The product received in a sealed package has multiple price stickers. They charged for the product as a package and also individual pieces included so essentially double billing. Caveat emptor.
I needed a cpap machine for sleep apnea. Staff was very professional and took as much time as we needed to ask questions and get me up and running with the machine.
Went in there today to get set up for c–pap supplies and staff was rude and unhelpfull. Had to leave and get set up at a competitor. they were a lot better
I would not even give one star but this is all the lower it goes. Don’t take your very medically complex pediatric prescriptions to them. They are about the bottom dollar and not the child. I would say more but they aren’t worth my time.

They are only worried about the bottom dollar. They do not take the time to make sure you understand Medicare and billing. They don’t return phone calls. Took advantage of my 85 year old father.
